We passionate about building a product that supports restaurants, hotels and canteens to effortlessly measure, monitor and reduce food waste. With a growing team and customer base, we are looking to complement our team with an experienced, driven, positive, and open-minded team member to support us in our growth.

Your Job & Responsibilities

You'll own the digital marketing strategy, focusing on generating high-quality leads and increasing brand visibility across multiple channels. You'll play a key role in scaling our marketing efforts, working closely with the leadership team to drive growth.

  • Push business decisions to support the growth metrics and achieve target KPIs.
  • Setup a structure, execute, document and monitor a diverse set of campaigns simultaneously for maximum engagement and exposure.
  • Analyze keywords, web traffic, and market trends to make data based decisions.
  • Analyze, observe and manage user conversion and engagement with the goal of increasing traffic from various channels.
  • Increase organic traffic by identifying effective copy and long-tail keywords.
  • Apply best Search Engine Optimization (SEO) practices and techniques.
  • Produce reports on marketing campaigns and traffic growth periodically.
  • Keep updated with the latest best practices in the online marketing industry.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to define and align joint targets, ensuring cohesive strategies that drive growth and meet revenue goals.

Skills and Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation and brand growth.
  • Startup experience and proven track record of having played an essential part of the scale up and growth process is a must.
  • Proven experience managing PPC campaigns, SEO strategies, and email marketing.
  • Strong analytical mind an comfortable with Google Analytics, CRM/Marketing Automation tools (HubSpot)
  • Experimentation mindset and comfortable working in Growth Sprints using the AARRR funnel
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
