We are a fast-growing startup transitioning into our scale-up phase. As we expand, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior B2B Sales Lead to join our team. This role is crucial in driving lead generation, close deals, optimizing sales processes, and scaling our sales operations. If you have a strong background in B2B sales, especially in the hospitality sector, and have scaled up a sales organization already we’d love to hear from you.

Your Job & Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Business Development:
    • Develop, execute and document strategies to identify, qualify, and generate high-quality leads in the hospitality industry (hotels, restaurants, venues, etc.). 
    • Leverage your network and industry connections to expand our customer base.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.
  • Client Engagement & Consultative Selling:
    • Understand clients’ needs and tailor our solutions to meet their specific business challenges.
    • Lead high-level negotiations and close complex deals with key decision-makers in corporate hospitality, hotel chains, and large venues.
    • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Sales Process Optimization:
    • Design, implement, and continuously refine efficient sales processes through experimentation to improve conversion rates and shorten the sales cycle.
    • Ensure best practices are followed in the use of CRM tools (HubSpot) to track leads, manage pipelines, and monitor team performance.
    • Identify and integrate sales automation tools to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
  • Metrics & Performance Management:
    • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
    • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights to senior management.
    • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to continuously refine our sales strategy.
    • Foster a collaborative, results-oriented team culture, promoting personal and professional growth
  • Reporting directly to the CCO

Skills and Requirements

  • 3-10 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Proven track record in selling a tech product ideally to the hospitality industry, with an established network of contacts.
  • Experience in a scale-up or high-growth startup environment.
  • Strong expertise in lead generation and business development, with a data-driven approach to building sales pipelines.
  • Demonstrated ability to optimize sales processes and manage CRM systems (HubSpot).
  • Strong consultative selling skills, with a customer-centric approach to identifying and solving client needs.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly adaptable, self-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
